Buparvaquone is highly effective in the treatment of Theileriosis (East Cost fever, Corridor
Disease, tropical theileriosis etc.) in cattle, caused by strains of Theileria parva parva,
T. parva bovis, T. parva lawrencei, T. annulata, T. mutans and T. orientalis. Buparvaquone is
effective against both the schizont and piroplasm stages of Theileria species.
