Cattle, by intramuscular injection at a dose of 5-20 mg/kg bw per day.
Pigs, by intramuscular injection at a dose of 5-20 mg/kg bw per day.
Poultry, by intramuscular injection at a dose of 20-120 mg/kg bw per day.
Tylosin is also approved for emergency use in the control of American foulbrood of honey bees at a dose of 200 mg/hive in 20g confectioners/powdered sugar once weekly for three weeks (FDA, 2005).
